I have been coming here for some time Now. Customer service is great and my sandwich is always made how I like it. I usually call while I'm on my way and my order is ready by the time I get there. I hope they continue the great work.
Picked myself a chipotle chicken sandwich and it was bombdiggidy! The portion is just right and the sandwich is delish! I highly recommend the chipotle chicken!
Nice, fairly small branch of Deli D at Champlain and Perrin. It's quiet and there's usually parking so I like to come here more often than the Palm and Nees location. It's always clean. Staff are friendly, food is usually up within 5 minutes or so. They still use the numbered ordering system which is a bit easier (some other locations took away the numbers which makes their already long ordering process feel like quoting Shakespeare). I've had some hiccups at the till here, card problems seem to be a somewhat regular occurrence. Not the staff's fault, they clearly find it frustrating too. Another recent upgrade is that the sides of fries are smaller. I want a side and not a basket so that's ideal. However I've had to send it back before because they'll absolutely coat them in paprika if you don't ask them not to (and sometimes if you do ask them not to). When made to order their fries are bomb though.
